Greek Vegetarian Power Bowl

  • 2 cup Cooked Brown Rice
  • 4 Cups Vertical Roots Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Chick Peas
  • 4 TBS Black Olives - pitted and sliced
  • 4 TBS Red Onion
  • 2 Mini Cucumber
  • 10 Small Cherry Tomoatoes Sliced in half
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese - Crumbled
  • 4 TBS Hemp Oil
  • 4 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • Prep all ingredients so they are ready to combine.
  • You can plate them in separate bowls for each person OR toss them together in a large bowl. Your choice!
  • Drizzle Hemp Oil and Balsamic Vinegar over the ingredients.
  • Season with Salt and Pepper.
